Garden of Life Organics Women's 40+ Multivitamin, Vegan, 60 Tablets

I’ve been taking Garden of Life mykind vitamins for almost ten years and love them! Designed for women over forty, these vitamins support breast health and contain turmeric and biotin, which I had been taking separately before I realized they were included. I appreciate that the vitamins are made from organic fruits, herbs, and veggies. As a business owner, I rarely have time to eat a complete lunch and just grab a protein bar, so these pills balance out my nutrition. The vitamins and minerals are far over the recommended daily value, so it’s really the only pill I need to take. Easy on my stomach, these pills give me a lot of energy, and I love that they’re gluten free, vegan, and made responsibly. Until recently, I was only taking one pill per day, and that seemed to be enough, but after examining the label, I tried the recommended dose of two pills per day, and I feel great! The only downside is they are a tad pricey and there are always a few pills in the bottle that are broken in half, but they are well worth it. It provides me with great comfort knowing that these vitamins were made specifically for my needs.

I have been taking these off and on for over 10 yrs. First they don't upset my stomach, bc there are no synthetics. They also give me that boost of energy I need in my everyday. My son also takes them regularly to ensure he gets all of his nutrients.

I didn’t realize it, but this brand I had been taking a generic woman’s multivitamin for a long time, and then realized I was of the age that I needed to switch to this one. I was worried that it didn’t have a probiotic, but was easily able to find this brand had a separate probiotic that I added to my routine I take two of these in the morning and the probiotic at night I did some research and it does have different things in general vitamin I was taking and I have always thought it was a great brand and have other people tell me the same thing, including my Chiropracter. I always find when I’m out of my vitamin that my skin looks better and my hair looks fuller. This brand is easy to digest and doesn’t taste bad at all. I think it’s worth the money and definitely everybody should take a daily vitamin and probiotic.

I asked ChatGPT what the best woman vitamins were and these were among the top 5. I read the reviews and decided to try them. They are very big however they swallow smoothly. I take them before bed and have had zero issues feeling sick with taking them, they do not leave an after taste and I do feel slightly more energetic. My body was lacking vitamins and I just needed a pick me up to boost my energy. I see a slight difference but I think my body needs more time. I’ll continue taking them.

My wife bought these. Her review: I like that they are: Vegan, a reasonable price, and even though they are large, there is some type of coating that makes them easier to swallow, and there was no after taste. However, I am postmenopausal and over 50 and, for me, these were not quite adequate. I experienced some gut issues while taking these. Now, that doesn't mean they caused it, but once I stopped, the gut issues cleared up. This is such a balancing act that it's possible it could have been due to other choices as well, but the issue appeared to be linked to this vitamin. Once I started taking the 50+ vitamin I used to take (which I thought was out of production but came back on the market) the gut issue slowly resolved itself.

Love these vitamins - energy is back and they are easy to digest - pill size is large but they slide down easy.
