I’ve tried so many mascaras for sensitive eyes, including $30+ ones, and this is honestly the only one that doesn’t make my eyes itch or feel irritated. The fact that it’s also affordable makes it even better! The curved brush is really easy to work with and does a great job of lifting and defining my lashes without making them clumpy, unless you like that style then you can just add more layers. It makes my eyes pop, lasts all day, and I don’t have to worry about the usual irritation. I even accidentally slept overnight and no eye issues!! Definitely one of those products I’ll keep repurchasing!

Does not irritate my blepharitis-prone eyes! Bought this after using Covergirl for years when I started having some bad blepharitis where my eyelids were irritated and stuck together every morning. I thought I may never be able to wear mascara again. But this has zero fragrance/scent and it cleans off so easily at the end of the day that I have been able to clear up my blepharitis with warm compresses at night while still wearing this during the day. It does glide on better if I use an eyelash curler first, but I love this stuff, and actually it clumps less than the covergirl brand did.

I have a sensitivity to most mascaras that makes my eyes dry out and feel itchy, this mascara doesn't do that. It goes on really smooth and is buildable if I want a fuller look

It is so hard for an older person to find mascara that doesn't just flake into the eyes and cause a lot of irritation and red eye instead of looking better. This one does flake but it doesn't bug the heck out of me.

I use to use Lancome mascara but I became allergic to it. I been looking for a good replacement and this one is pretty good. My eyes don’t get swollen after wearing it. I cant sleep in the almay mascara otherwise I wake up with swollen eyes, but it’s great for 1 night. If you are having allergies to mascara i recommend this product, just make sure to wash off at the end of the night.

I bought this because I have sensitive eyes so whereing mascara makes them burn & itch. I had been told the hypoallergenic would help with my eye sensitivity. The first thing I noticed was this mascara has a strong chemical odor. However I did use it & I really liked the wand. It went on nicely, doesn't clump & i felt it made my lashes look thicker & longer. The reason I gave it a 3 out of 5 is because it really made my eyes burn after having it on awhile. By the end of the day I couldnt wait to wash it off. That was a problem too because even using make up removing wipes it jist smeared around. I had to use soap a few times to get it to come off my lashes , but it still smeared around my eyes. Since my eyes are sensitive it really made them raw & hurt to keep trying to get the smeared mascara cleaned off from around them. So I cant say the hypoallergenic helped with my sensitivity. I did like the look of it tho!

I LOVE this mascara....so much so, I've ordered two more. I've tried other ones and most all of them sting the eyes, especially when it's muggy hot and the formula starts to run into the eyes. Not this one, it does not hurt. The real thing I love though is that it really works in lengthening and thickening my eyelashes noticeably without clumping. My lashes are thinner now and this was just the boost I needed. At least for me, this one works and I am so pleased with it. Good value too compared to buying at a major drugstore. 👍

Wow ! C'est le seul mascara que mes yeux ultra-méga-sensibles tolèrent ! Et j'en ai essayé au moins 20 sortes différentes, même des marques soi-disant hypoallergéniques. Je le recommande vivement aux personnes très sensibles.

I have been a loyal Almay fan until this last mascara. As I have seriously sensitive eyes and need hypoallergenic mascara. Alas the quality has went down and had an allergic reaction. And even tried it a second time. Its sadly no longer a go to

Dries out fast unfortunately and can feel kind of heavy. I seem to only get a couple weeks use out of them before they dry out and become very flaky. Super cute colour of tube, I wish the formula lasted longer.
