Very effective, a little bit of a taste, not bad. Easy to swallow, no side effects. Will buy again.

It has an after taste if taken without a meal. Results were noticeable after a couple of months. I’ve had issues with my knees when climbing stairs where I feel like my knees will give out, but now I can climb them with no problem. I’ve also noticed dark spots on my face have faded and others have disappeared altogether.

Supplements don't effect All people the Same, focus on what gives the effect you are looking to get.
I Train in the morning Time, and I find that when I take Sea Moss capsules 30 mins before I train, I feel more Energized.

I’m enjoying the benefits of taking the Irish moss capsules. Please do not ask about them until you read the description of the product and research any holistic supplements that you are going to put in your body,and realize that they don’t work in a week . I feel it’s a great product.
