Does not work and they won't return your money!!! *by T***H on February 12, 2026* What a joke!! I am stuck with a box full of HAND Sewing items! The Machine does not work as advertised.... I bought this and made a Huge mistake by not opening it up and trying to use it right away. Now I have passed my return window by 2 weeks and there in NO ONE that I can reach out to for a refund. So mad at myself for wasteing $41.00!! The handheld device with not place or hold a stitch correctly. I tried for 30 mins. to make it work properly and it just won't. The needle just goes up and down and that's about it. So, now I'm back to having to stitch by hand and out the 40 clams. That was an expensive lesson I just learned. Again, NO ONE to reach out to!!!
