Best insoles for arch support and overpronation! In my job, I walk between 3-5 miles per day, on pavement as well as off-road and uneven ground, and these insoles feel like I'm walking on air. Plus, they really help keep my ankles from rolling in. Very smart purchase!

Probably the best that's out there. Made well, hits the right spots (4e size 12, 12 hrs a day walking on concrete floors, flat feet, over pronunciation, Plantar Fasciitis, Posterior Tibial Tendonitis.. and old man disease) a little too firm. I cut gel sole out of Walmart ones and super glued to bottom of heel of these.. about perfect now. Power step max is same as the breeze one except the breeze has way more air transfer..(cooler) why anyone would ever buy the non breeze I have no clue.. I tried both, exactly the same but breeze Is noticeably cooler and less foot sweat, to the point of I don't understand why they still are making the non breeze one? for suckers or selling left overs maybe. Maybe cheaper to make? who knows.

I struggled with a collapsed arch and i've always had flat feet. However, after some running training, i found that pain was stopping me from running all together. These have kept my arches supported, i've since run nearly 250km in them in the past couple of months. If you're suffering flat feet and its causing you ankle strain, try these for sure!!

The product size does not fit any of the shoes I have. The arch support location is inappropriate for my foot and not high enough. The toe area is too short despite the stated size coincides with my shoe size, although, unlike alternatives, the width is good. Overall, I am especially disappointed that these items are not returnable, although, fitting them requires testing. I strongly recommend DO NOT BUY these items. You will be disappointed and unable to return them. Very expense mistake.

The insoles fit my gym shoes perfectly, are comfortable and provide the amount of support that I was hoping for.
