A: probably to begin with, then apply aquaseal with cotol after. also made by gear aid ( it's not contact cement) the cotol is a hardener that quicken things up

**Q: How long does it take to completely off-gas?**
A: Overnight

**Q: Is seal cement neoprene for seams in waders?**
A: It is intended for neoprene but could potentially work on the vulcanised rubber used for waders as well.  The Aquaseal cement is very hardy and worth the try.

**Q: Can I use this to seal along seams as preventative measure? I want to avoid rips in a certain costume**
A: You could, but it would make your "costume" uncomfortable, because wherever you put the seal, itʻs a little bit on the "rough" side. I would advise against your idea.
