Sprayway SW841R Oil-based Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish, Protects and Preserves, Resists Streaks and Finger prints, 15 Oz.

I'm a big fan of Sprayway products, especially their glass cleaner. This stainless steel cleaner also ranks up there in terms of performance and value. As with most stainless steel polishes, it's not ideal for removing dirt and gunk from heavily soiled surfaces (you need to use a general purpose cleaner for that) but rather is designed to provide a great finish and shine that helps resist dirt accumulation. There are two versions of this from Sprayway: an oil-based version (this one) and a water-based version. I've used both, and strongly prefer the oil based version. It leaves a much nicer shine, is easier to use (less buffing to get the shine) and is more streak resistant. The downside is that there is more of an odor from the oil-based version (it's not bad but it is noticeable) and there is a slight oily residue left behind that can attract dust and pet hair. But for me, the pros far outweigh the cons in comparison to the water-based version. I alternate between using this and Hope's stainless steel cleaner since each has its advantages. But, in terms of cost per use, this is far more economical (about five bucks for a can, although the price can jump around a lot). 5 stars.

This cleaner does a really nice job bringing stainless steel back to life. It leaves a clean, polished look and helps reduce fingerprints. Just be careful not to overuse it since it’s oil-based, too much can leave a slightly greasy feel or streaks. A light spray and wiping with a microfiber cloth works best. Overall very good product!

I sprayed a few bursts on my fridge and dishwasher, wiped them down, and it felt like I gave them a spa day. It earned extra points for being odour-free and not gooey. Cleanup was quick and satisfying, which in my book = win. 😊 Final Verdict: If you want stainless appliances that actually look great without fuss or streaks — and don’t mind spending a little extra for that extra shine. You’ll feel like a pro every time you walk into your kitchen.

For the stainless-steel products still out there that aren't smudge free, this is a most excellent product. I also buy Sprayway's Ammonia free glass cleaner as it is great on acid washed glass and never streaks on windows or clear table glass. This product comes up gleaming all the time without the elbow grease usually needed with some products.

This covered the scratches from a magnet I had on the fridge. The magnet was in a square tin that had a clip on the top. The tin was a little farther out than the magnet so when I went to grab the clip off the fridge it would scratch or if I slid the magnet across the fridge it would scratch. The scratches weren't deep but very visible in the sunlight. I rent so I thought I was doomed. I seen this on a YouTube video so I thought I'd try it. First application it worked great. I can't see the scratches. It's a keeper. I'd definitely recommend it.
