Is this a solid gel or the click kind?

Not solid it's a gel that you turn and pump up. It's great, won't leave stains on your clothes and will keep you fresh all day

Does this turn your white tees yellow under the arms ?

Yes it will. My tees over about 9 months were yellowed. Made a comment to myself about it the other day after doing laundry. I haven't found any yet that won't. Not sure wht they advertise it won't when it certainly does.

How long is the "use by" date?

We looked everywhere around the product and I could not find an actual expiration/best by date on it. We called the 1-800 number and provided them the serial number located on the bottom of the product and they were able to tell us the exact Production date and Best By date for the batch we currently have. It was manufactured on May 22nd, 2018 and it Best By May 22nd, 2021.
