I originally got this exact one because i wanted the DHA for my baby do bad but i was dealing with BAD nausea and vomiting, the idea of fish dha was a nightmare for me. This was and has been so gentle on my stomach, never made me feel nauseous or anything. I didnt love the slight lemony taste of them but it went down fast and easy and then that was it. Now that im not nauseous i still take it bc i like how its a reputable brand and tested for impurities.
