Packaging is horrible!
Packaging is horrible, everything is just tossed in the box. The metal items were banging up on each other, causing stretches and clips. DELTA look into this, others said the same thing. This is expensive as it is. Over all built well

Very high quality, though a little pricey
I'm really happy with this - all the parts are high quality, solid, and work as intended. My only complaint is it is a bit pricey for what it is, especially considering the actual valve is not even included.

One out of two broken.
Bought two of these and one of the cartridges didn’t work. By the time I got it installed the return window had closed. Had to go buy a new cartridge for $40 to get this to work.

If you want 3 NON-SHARED features to work on this diverter trim YOU NEED TO ORDER AN ADDITIONAL CARTRIDGE RP71718 (roughly $100CDN). The cartridge that comes with this diverter trim will give you 2 separate and then shared, so you can have the showerhead working, the handheld working or the showerhead and handheld both working. It will not work if you have a tub spout. Solid piece and the matte black looks great but definitely read the fine print - 3 function diverter is misleading.
