Amboyna burr (burr) is a particularly expensive type of burr. Padauk trees are quite common but the burr is 
extremely rare. The common use for amboyna is interiors for luxury vehicles, turnery, cabinets, veneer, and furniture. * * * Blade: 2.5 mm (!) thick stainless steel. Each knife: length = 23 cm (9.1") - weight = approx. 105 grams. Each fork: length = 22.5 cm (8.9") - weight = approx. 110 grams. * * *
