**Q: Diameter of balls?**
A: 2 1/2 inches

**Q: what is this made of?**
A: The lacrosse balls are made of 100% rubber construction.

**Q: Do you provide a manual that will teach me how to properly use these therapy balls?**
A: There was no documentation with the therapy balls that I received. My instructions were provided by a physical therapist.

**Q: Can you heat or freeze them?**
A: I pretty sure you can't heat them up. Doing so would probably damage the balls.  You could probably freeze them put I'm sure they wouldn't stay frozen very long. Personally, I place the balls on the floor, about 1" apart, and lie down on them face up.  I then slowly move my body along the floor which causes the balls to move down my spine. Feels great when the ball comes in contact with a pressure point.

These have become one of my favorite recovery tools. I originally bought them to help work out tight spots in my hips and lower back, and they’ve been surprisingly effective. The firmness is just right. They really dig into pressure points and muscle knots in a way that foam rollers sometimes can’t. I can place one against a wall or use it on the floor to target specific areas, and it provides a deep massage that helps loosen things up. I’ve found them especially useful after long days on my feet or after workouts when my hips start feeling tight. They’re small, portable, and easy to use whenever I need a quick stretch or some relief. For such a simple product, they’ve made a noticeable difference in my mobility and comfort.
