Replacement of the defective product is delayed
The product I received is defective. I ordered for replacement. But not receiving a delivery date for the same, when the defective one is already picked up and normal delivery time for the product is less than 24 hours. I ordered during the festive season for gift purpose but my plans are spoiled for the poor product and service
