Why is one 1.7 oz and another 3.4oz and the cost is almost the same? Are they the same product?

Don't know the answer to that, but I've used this perfume years ago and this one doesn't smell the same. Don't like it.

Definitely not roses. I also wore this perfume years ago and loved the smell. That's why I bought it again and it's the smell I remember from back than.
