This is the best book I've read in a long time. It's so full of empowering information for women and I took my time with it because I didn't want to finish it! I'll read it many more times. 100000% recommended.

I took off one star because it took a month for me to get this book. I think it's print to order. But wow! Finally it is here in my hands. I saw a lot of great reviews so I wanted to see it for myself, and it is really good! Excellent book for womb practitioners and even young ladies who are learning their cycle, as well as mothers. In fact, any woman. I'm still reading it, but so far, so good. I would definitely recommend this book to others. 😉

I am so happy I found my way to this book. I highly recommend it to anyone who has ever menstruated, or to the parents/loved ones of girls who will eventually menstruate.The books message is very powerful, and I will certainly keep this title on my shelf for years to come!

Of the three books I ordered on this topic, this is by far the best. I wish I'd had it when I was young. Includes personal reflections, cultural reflections, and the stories of different women.

I didn't get to read this book because it was stolen from me. Devastated.
