**Q: how may inches between the bottom of the stand above the wheels and the floor in height wise ? How many inches between middle stand and above the whee**
A: 3" and 7/32" inches

**Q: Will this work with smaller size tv like 40” flat tv?**
A: I don't see why not.  I have mounted a lot of TVs on walls before and the mounting approach is very similar with this.  There are a variety of mounting options included, but the one i chose is the same i have used to mount a 40, 55, 60, and 72 inch TV on wall.  Essentially to brackets that attach to the back of the TV vertically with M6 bolts.  Everything is included

**Q: does it come with a sounbar?**
A: No it doesn’t...

**Q: Is there a way to mount a soundbar to this cart as well?**

Great quality for a great price. I ordered SIX of these stands for a recent trade show. They are very well built and plenty sturdy. I installed 65" TCL monitors on them and I would think they can easily handle up to 80" monitors. Assembly was a breeze. It has a smart method of sliding the TV on the stand after the bracket is installed on the back of the TV.
