Nous les avons commandé pour mettre aux pattes du fourneau. Cela facilite grandement le déplacement et protège le plancher à chaque fois que nous l’avançons ou le reculons. Nous étions en rénovation donc nous avons eu à bouger très souvent le fourneau depuis quelques mois et à chaque fois devions glisser des serviettes, tapis ou autres choses pour pouvoir le déplacer sans grafigner notre plancher. Donc nous devions être 2 personnes. Mais depuis que nous nous sommes procuré ces disques coulissants là, wow ! À une personne, sans trop forcer, nous pouvons le déplacer très facilement et en plus le plancher est protéger. Nous les laissons toujours en place sous les pattes du fourneau. Seul petit bémol, ils sont plus large que je pensais et comme les pattes du fourneau sont assez petite et bien si on porte attention on voit les pad… se serait vraiment apprécié qu’ils fassent les même pads en différentes grosseur.

I can't overstate how good these things are! I needed to move a 500l fish tank to decorate my living room, once I managed to put these on on the feet (using a car jack!) I was able to move it on my own, absolutely brilliant!

These slides work effortlessly. Application is simple and they securely affix to a flat substrate. I used four of them affixed the feet of a rather beastly oak table. It was an effort to slide on carpeted surfaces; but with these slides, it slides as if it were on ice. Excellent product. Used them years ago on some couches and loveseat--they worked then and are just as good as they used to be. Gotta love Teflon slides.

I just replaced my kitchen's floor and I wanted to find a solution to pull out my gas stove without damaging it. I know its not advisable to move it in and out alot, which I don't, but I wanted the ability to get behind the stove. The installation was easy, just sticking the sliders to the bottom of the stove's feet. The weight seems to be holding them in place in combination with the adhesive. I moved the stove 3 or 4 times with them on and the stove does move much easier, although its not as if it was gliding on ice or rolling on wheels. You do have to put effort in. The floors are a textured laminate so the sliders may move slightly better on a smoothed surface. I'm not sure how long they will hold up, but for the minimum investment, I'm happy with the result.
