A: The black part is worn on top of their head like a headband.  The round hole sits in front of the ear and the oval hole sits in front of the mouth.

Fonctionne très bien mon petit fils veut tellement qu’on l’entende qu’il parle très fort lorsqu’on lui mets l’écouteur il s’entend et baisse le ton parce que c’est trop fort dans ses oreilles… c’est très bon
