Me and my wife have been consuming this for the past 3-4 years. I don't use it everyday, but everytime whenever I have acidity or indigestion or when you have had extra too many food. It's handy to keep it in times of emergency. It fixes perfectly for me and my wife. It's also helps with bowel movement the next day. I'm gonna order again now to restock.

The probiotics work but let me tell you that there is something called 'bio individuality ' which means that it won't work on everyone alright. Now while you're having this probiotics everyday make sure you have a healthy diet and you do not overeat everyday and depend on the probiotics to do its job of aiding digestion of all the junk you are eating, it doesn't work that way. You must have be following a healthy diet followed by physical activities of your choice everyday when you're having supplements that aid in your overall health. It tastes good but it also gives me continuous burps after consuming, maybe it will subside after a few more uses. I will be updating my review after this bottle is over.UPDATE: I used it for a month now, the first two weeks the probiotics did not go well with my tummy(sticky poop, gas, bloating) but after that my tummy got settled and I was having really amazing digestion so that means it takes time for your tummy to get used to the new strains of probiotics and after that it shows you how magical this probiotics is but you have to follow a few steps such as not eating too much, not eating junk and too much refined sugar, do not eat late at night(eat at around 8-8.30 p.m, drink atleast 3 litres of water per day by adding a teaspoon of sabja seeds in the summer, observe intermittent fasting for atleast twice a week, have a lot of veggies and fruits, have a balanced diet, do not sacrifice sleep. Do all these things and make sure you take this probiotics early in the morning in an empty stomach and do not eat for an hour after you take it but keep drinking water. If you have severe side effects from this then stop immediately and find another probiotics with the right strains that would suit you., Consult a dietician. Do not consume if you have allergic symptoms and very bad bloating, stomach pain, loose tools for days, heart burn or ache or any symptoms that would make you feel really sick. This might not work on everyone so be very careful. I do not endorse this product and the above comments about it's action on my body are strictly my view and how it worked on me. I wanted to try this product because I was suffering from some gastric issues but it further enhanced my issues. I've taken probiotics before never had a side effect but this product ws the worst.Now I need to go to the doctor.My side effects were - (1 tablet per day)Day 1 - stomach upset, gass, extreme thirst, sneasing felt sick and sleepless nightDay 2 - More gass and bloating, stomach upset, extreme thirst, sneasing, heartburn, felt breathless and sleepless nightDay 3 - Diarrhea. gass, heartburn, thirst, sneasing and I slept this nightDay 4 - felt uncomfortable, couldn't sleep, trapped gas, extreme constipation, heartburn, extreme thirst and sleepless nightDay 5 - felt gassy, heartburn and constant thirstDay 6 - restless night dint sleep at all, acid reflux, heartburn, vomiting, confusion, weakness, felt sick(had to visit my doctor and get an injection for vomiting and we some prescribed medications to calm my symptoms)Day 7 - Stopped consumptionI'm literally done with this product I literally felt like I was dying just be aware and do your research on all the strands, how much you need (to much is not always good), prebiotics also have some sideefects and are you allergic or not.Now I have to throw it all really a waste.

Started using 3 days back along with a digestive enzyme tablet.Combination of both seems to be able to control IBS symptoms.One less star for being costly, could have made a pack of 30 tablets at least.

This is second time that I have purchased this product. The best part is the ease of using this tablet. All one needs to go is drop this tablet in a glass of water and your are set. Secondly what is most amazing is the green apple taste, “amazing flavour”. Both my husband and me really find this very refreshing. Within a week of starting to this tablet, I could feel the difference in myself. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good probiotic.
