When I cheat, I pay for it as I am allergic to wheat. I have tried every ramen noodle you can think of with brown rice being it until now. If you've tried gf food or ramen you know that usually the seasoning is off or the noodles don't have the right amount of chew or flavor. 8n reality you have to use everything to trick your mind into thinking its ramen...But Gluten Free Meister really made a gf version that tastes just like the real thing. I shocked at how rich the Tonkotsu broth tastes , without any pork.
