My son plays baseball, and he always use it under his uniform, and protect him from sunny days and when is cold as well , . The compression is perfect and very nice quality after many laundry. And off course it’s very comfortable, and soft

I got size small and it fits great on my brown sweaty muscles. The only thing is the hat it compresses so well (which is what you payed for) that its hard to take off your ripped Bruce Lee type body.
