If you are debating on buying it, just buy it. I sneezed so hard I bruised a rib. I bought this as a "get me though" purchase. This thing was great. It offers a good amount of compression (which is adjustable) and helps remind you to stay upright. It fits under your chest - even if you have a large one. It's a nice quality - thick and durable but won't make you sweat to death and isn't uncomfortable. The velcro has a really good hold. It won't come undone if you need to move but is still easy to adjust. I was feeling better in 3 days. You really can't beat the value on it.

I don't have anything broken but I use this for tummy control under clothes. It's not tight at all but it hides well the pot belly fat in the abdomen. It's adjustable so I can wear it looser if I like or tighter.

I bought this to help with injured muscles around my ribs. I have had this injury before and it takes a long time to heal, so I thought some compression might speed up recovery. The belt is ‘one size,’ and I am a small person, so it is bigger and comes down farther on my abdomen than I think it is probably supposed to do. That said, it does the job of muscle compression, and is relatively comfortable to wear. The cutout for women is appreciated as that does make it fit better than a regular straight belt.

UPDATE: I upped it a star as I didn't think it was fair at 2 stars. It really is a great product. The rolling down part is still an issue, but I'm going to go with: the injury wasn't wrap-able so getting it on correctly and tight enough might have been an issue. My ribs are healing so I'm gonna turn off Grouchy Mode and go back to Chill Mode and be fair to the company.I really really wanted to like this product. It seemed like an answer to prayer. I had fallen and broken a couple ribs in my left size and movement of any kind sent screaming pain throughout my entire body. Basically my ribs shouldn’t have been wrapped which is why the ER doctor didn’t wrap. He said it was gonna hurt like crazy til it healed. I’m not including my error if thinking it needed wrapped.What I am judging this on was generic things that would affect my opinion if I’d had bindable injury.First it arrived in a timely manner, was well packaged and was the correct size. I had to have a friend come over to help because putting this wrap on with broken ribs would be impossible to do on my own. The picture shows that the female product had a shape that took female anatomy into consideration. I still think that was genius.My biggest issue is that the wrap continually rolled down. Sitting still, standing still, thinking about how many times I can use the word “still” in this paragraph, and laying down was an impossibility as you would wake up in agony with the wrap moved off of your completely still (BAM! drops the mic) body.I think I like the idea of this product more than the actual product.

This brace has made it a lot easier to get up and down and move around with a cracked rib. I'm still wearing it as I heal. It gives support and the way it's cut to go under the breasts is a must for women. The one thing I would add is another strip of velcro on the underside to hold the end of the piece underneath bc it slides out & hangs down. I just use a big safety pin to lock it in place but the addition of velcro to that end would be nice. Recommend if you need support while healing.
