For the first deek, i withnessed little diarrhea and nausea, but after this, no more bloading, gaz, and i do personally beleive that it helped me regulate my appetite thus i feel now lighter and little slimmer.... Do you beleive it?

I have been taking this probiotic for 1 year now, it's giving me good result. I am not visiting my Ob-gyne now. It really helps me a lot for vaginal infection and giving me energy everyday.

I like this item and feel good using it and I have for some time. I do not use it continuously because I don't think you are supposed to. But I do pace it out possibly every two or three months. But it is helpful for the body and for the digestive system.

No taste or odor and also easy to swallow. If you are having digestive issues, a good immune supportive probiotic can be the way to go. I had only good experiences with this brand.
