Can you use it on rims of glass?? Is it shiny gold ?? Or matte

If you use it on the rims of glasses don't drink from the glass

Can you use on glass?

Yes but after using it you may want to use a sealant because the paint may scratch or chip off.

I am redoing a dresser and want a few gold accents on it. Would this cover well? Others I have tried are too watery.

it's not watery but it is thin enough to run. use it on a flat surface.

Can it be used for earrings?

I WOULD CONTACT SELLER. IT DOES HAVE CHEMICALS IN IT.
