Cooking Pleasure Stainless Steel Paring Knife, 4-Inch

Nice and sharp and feel good in the hand.

The balance and feel of this knife are great! But the blade material in the one I received seems to have an impurity near the tang where the metal keeps flaking. I notice the rough spot, sharpen the blade, and a few days later the spot is back. I think it's a small manufacturing flaw and not worth returning the knife over.

Perfect size for small jobs. Well balanced with a 'slip guard' to keep fingers from sliding off handle and coming in contact with blade.

The knife shipped to me arrived dull a a stone. Had to put a mild edge on it to peel apples! If the steel is good enough to hold a mild edge in kitchen duty then it will be a bargain for sure!

Well balanced and just what I wanted in a paring knife. Second one I have bought. Really like it.

It's perfect. We loved it. It's sharp, perfect size with a comfortable grip. All-star​.
