Great for moisturizing
Had a small mishap as the pump was broken upon receiving with a little spill, they were helpful in providing a resolution; but product is worth it.

Bottom line: Highly recommended! Pros: price, concentrated, old school salon apple scent, slip, moisturizes, adds shine, rinses easily detangles, sensitive skin friendly, balance of moisture and protein, no coconut oil (but does have coconut alkalines), cuts down on styling time and frizz, smooths and softens, easy to use packaging - Cons: none from my perspective. Could too heavy for fine waves. That’s not a product defect. Consumers can’t expect every hair products to work for every person. . - Tips for use: It works best when used with the shampoo. I have fairly healthy 2c/3a high density hair, but find it tricky to balance moisture with weight and adding this shampoo and conditioner for very dry hair days has helped.

Es riecht wunderbar. Aber es ist nicht für dickes Haar/sehr Afro Haar 4a,4b geeignet. Es macht nichts.
