Amazing with Serious Problems
When the program works, it is amazing. I will definitely keep it. If I had this program during MS1 and MS2, I would have saved hours per day in typing time when creating notes.However, the program crashes my computer at least once per day, costing me 30-45 minutes. It is very buggy and needs a lot of work. The longer I use the program, I continue to find workarounds for some of the bugs. The tech support is also not where it needs to be for a $1,000 program.Should you purchase it? I am definitely happy that I have the program and will keep it.I use the Phillips SpeechMike Premium with the product.Update: 11/20/2017 Like clockwork, I peeled through a new outline of dense uptodate material in a matter of minutes. This typing would normally take me 45 minutes and I was done in 15 minutes... only to have my computer crash costing me 30 minutes of rebooting time and losing a significant amount of work. Amazing product with serious problems.

Order arrived as a USB key, not at all ...
Order arrived as a USB key, not at all as advertised on the product page. Just a single USB in a cardboard box. If it's the electronic version, it should be shown as such. Will be ordering this direct from the manufacturer (getting a full refund through Amazon).
