Why didn’t I find this 20 years ago? I LOVE pasta and adding this makes me love it even more! Beware, it’s nice and garlic-ky and hot with delicious Italian chilis. Start out slow with just a bit - I nearly blew my eyeballs out when I added it, liberally, the first time! I confess I’ve used it in my chili, too! It would be delicious on some buttery bolitas or French bread under the broiler with some Parmesan on top. Makes a real, spicy meatball, too. The perfect Italian spice, it makes any tomato sauce Arabiatta hot!
