What is the fabric content of these half socks?

The ones that I ordered we’re supposed to be 100% cotton. What I received were spandex. Also can’t find a way to get back with vendor in this problem. I only ordered because they were COTTON.

Great Idea

Started wearing these as soon as I got them. I have a corn on my baby toe and these help protect the corn remover as it comes off when the foot sweats.
