After taking just one capsule a day for about two weeks now I can honestly say I have felt a curve in appetite relating to “food noise”. I have struggled the most with food noise resulting in binge eating and snacking out of boredom but for the first time I have noticed a decrease! I hope to continue to see other benefits the longer I take it!

So i decided to give this another shot! And maybe I got a bad product before but my second bottle works so much better! I take it 20-30 mins before my first meal and it really does help suppress your appetite. It’s also helped make me more regular so all the bloat is gone. This is great for someone who needs to quiet the food noise but doesn’t really qualify for any kind of weight loss meds. This is also great for someone in a deficit. So this doesn’t works to suppress appetite and lose weight because it makes you nauseous you can’t eat anything! The first time I took it AFTER eating breakfast and it didn’t work as well but I didn’t feel sick. It says to take 30 mins before food though so I tried that for second dose and immediately felt nauseous. I tried it a third and second time the following days and same thing.

The supplement was super easy to integrate to my daily pattern. No aftertaste no negative side effects. Just started it but super excited to see the effects that it has on my daily usage five out of five stars.

It is better to take smaller doses more often than to take a large dose once. If you feel like your blood sugar is getting too low when you take it, try eating more protein. I noticed that I had to eat a lot more protein to find balance, but it does work very well. I was taking it to help with SIBO and PCOS.

I have been taking this only for about 4 days or so. But so far so good. It really manages my hunger. I take 20 to 30 minutes before my first meal. I actually have to make myself eat it cause I am not hungry. I am feeling much less bloated this week. So that is a plus. I am having more heart burn though which is a bummer. But other than that I can't wait to keep using this to see what happens.
