Credit Card Protector - 1 RFID Blocking Card Does All to Block RFID/NFC Signals form Credit Cards and Passports; Fit in Wallet and Purse

Went to Starbucks to test it. Verified that it was a tap-to-pay terminal. Pulled out my credit card and this RFID blocker and tapped the little screen. Nothing. The girl said, move it closer. I did and still nothing. I said, that means it's working! Pulled the Red Signal card back, tapped, and the payment went right through. I'm sold!

This is my second one I brought one for my purse. And second one for my husband wallet. They really work and love the thickness of the card. My husband taped his card key at work and it doesn't work. He forgot he had his signal red card.He removed and the card key worked just fine.

It works if the card is right on it. Does not protect the whole wallet or purse

Fits in my wallet perfectly. Due to it being a card, I can switch my wallets now and not worry if they have RFID technology built in. But, as others have commented, no paperwork or box came with it. It was in the bottom of the shipping box under another item I ordered. It was in a cellophane sleeve. Had the shipping box not been taped as well as it was, it could have fallen out during shipping.

I purchased several of these because of all the scams out there and being in the IT industry for so many years I know how easy it is to bypass these "security" chips. I did a simple test, put my chip card near one of those readers and it picked up the info than I put this in my wallet with the cards and repeated the test and nothing came up so I figure it works.

Update 11/13/2016 - This protector card is not able to prevent usage of my ID card to access building floors, entrance and elevator. My initial review of 1 Star is updated to 4 Stars mainly because of seller's good customer service, product support and quick resolution. Seller sent me another card (different version) but still it didn't work. My guess is that maybe the scanners which I was using to read my ID card are of different frequency band than the Credit Card Protector's range.

I don’t know if it works or not because the card itself was too big to fit into my card case. The length is OK, but the width is about an eighth of an inch too big on each side. I called to ask if I could trim it, but apparently the electronics go right to the edge so I can’t.

I feel better just knowing my personal information is protected.
