Estoy comprando toda la colección porque quedan hermosos y súper utites en un porta cuchillos magnético sobre la pared. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Schönes, preiswertes Messer *by H***R on 3 January 2020* in guter Ausführung, schöne Holzgriffe (unbehandeltes Hartholz) - die ich gleich mal mit etwas Leinöl gepflegt habe - so gut wie keine Spaltmasse, schöne Nieten, wirkt alles stabil und robust. Die Hammerschlagausführung ist wunderschön und optisch gelungen, das Messerblatt ? gerade und es ist wirklich "sauscharf", kurz mal abgelenkt, mit der Spitze gepiekt und es blutete ;-) sofort (hatte ich bei einem alten Billigmesser nicht, da hätte ich es schon ordentlich reinpieken müssen ). Dieses Messer gehört nicht in die Spülmaschine, nicht nur wegen des Holzgriffes, sondern allgemein betrifft das alle Messer die zum verarbeiten von Lebensmitteln gedacht sind (sie werden nicht nur an der Schneide stumpf, sondern auch das Metall wird auf Dauer angegriffen und dies erschwert ein dauerhaftes Schleifen des Messer = Microausbrüche, Schärfeverlust usw. = genauer erklärt kann man das im Net auf GUTEN! (Hobby und Profiseiten Messerseiten nachlesen). Soweit ich weiß, ist der 1.1146 Stahl mir unter dieser Nummer : 5Cr15MoV Stahl geläufiger und somit ein solider Stahl der Mittelklasse, der erste Eindruck nach der ersten Nutzung hinterlässt zumindest bei mir den Eindruck als könnte dies stimmen (genauere Erfahrungswerte werde ich nach ein paar Wochen nachreichen wie z.B. wie oft man das Messer nachschleifen muss für den Heimgebrauch, je weniger desto besser). Ich kann bisher nicht meckern, ein gutes, ausgesprochen schönes Messer für den kleinen Taler, für das Geld mehr als schwer in Ordnung (diese Art Stahl verkaufen auch bekannte deutsche Firmen für's doppelte ) und somit bin ich sehr zufrieden, bis jetzt macht das schneiden auch viel Spaß und geht zügig und leicht von der Hand, meins war vom Werk aus schon sehr gut geschliffen. Früher kannte ich mich diesbezüglich kein bisschen aus, inzwischen habe ich begonnen mich einzulesen und finde die Unterschiede (die auch die vielen Preisunterschiede erklären) doch recht interessant und lehrreich. Natürlich ist dieses Messer nicht mit meinem VG 10 Stahl Messer zu vergleichen, allerdings hat jede Stahlsorte neben ihren Vorteilen auch Nachteile (das Metall ist härter, dadurch aber auch empfindlicher, dafür hat es längere Standzeiten was das nachschärfen betrifft usw.) und man sollte dies nicht nur mit dem eigenen Geldbeutel abgleichen, sondern auch den individuellen Ansprüchen anpassen, dazu braucht es aber etwas angelesene Informationen/Wissen. Allerdings würde ich von Angeboten auf denen nichtmal die Stahlsorte auf's Messerblatt gedruckt ist die Finger lassen (solche hatte ich hier und ja die waren saubillig und entsprechend schlecht), ich denke das jeder Hersteller mit einem besserem Stahl gerne hofieren geht. Ich finde sie gut und arbeite gerne damit, ein gutes Modell für den Einsteiger, Ottonormalverbraucher (also keine Messerfanatiker ;-) oder den kleineren Geldbeutel, das keinen Frust beim werkeln aufkommen lässt und den Eindruck erweckt, als würde es bei anständiger Pflege eine lange Zeit Freude bereiten - optisch sowieso.
