This is a nice diamond. I was going to return. I took it to the Jewelers to make a straight post with a ball. The size is perfect.

I had my lip pierced professionally for 5 years. I wanted to spend a bit more and buy a genuine diamond. This ring is pretty but it is sharp and got stuck backwards in my lip, causing the lip to get infected and swell the hole shut. I had to have this ring surgically removed, which cost me $1200.00 at the ENT doctor.

It is a beautiful piece of art, but very difficult to wear. It has a screw . If you can do that, its a good buy, but I just couldn't do it.
