Such an easy way of thickening gravies and sauces

It came sooner than expected , and is very good quality, it has a neutral flavor which allows me to use it in variety of meals not interfering their original flavor.

These work very well BUT (and this is a huge but) they are very expensive for what you get. I find the cost outweighs the convenience. Therefore the 4 stars instead of 5.

I make gravy using a low salt bouillon and thicken it with this thickener. Very quick to do and I think that the flavour is more natural and nicer than using a Bisto product .

This thickens Sauces up brilliantly both Savory and Sweet dishes I always make sure I have this in my cupboard
