It works by preventing acne and treating pus-filled pimples. It doesn't foam though. But it's still effective

not good quality
The consistency is different from what i had bought before from Aster Pharmacy. This one not effectve for me. When I open the bottle, the content is flowing freely even without me pressing the bottle, which is far different from the one I was using before. I want to return the item and get refund

If your acne isn’t bad, get the 4% the 10% is very harsh and very drying to the skin so if your acne not severe get the weaker percentage of benzyl peroxide and after using this, you need a really good facial moisturizer. Sheds a lot of dead skin. And from my personal experience, you will have a purging. Which is when you will get a lot of pimples because it speeds up acne brings everything to the surface, but after that it gets better.
