Are there any metal parts on these whistles?

The only metal part is the circle o-ring that the lanyard string that goes around your neck attaches to. Other than that, it’s all plastic.

If you order it with the mouth grip, do the whistles come with the mouth grips on, already, or do you need to put them on yourself?

The whistles i received were encased in plastic by themselves... so i am not sure what the mouth grips are. i didn't order the mouth grips.
