Will this cover fit a 2021 f150 5 1/2 foot bed?

If you get the 5.7 foot cover it will fit the short bed f-150. I have a 2021 6.5 bed and the 6.7 fits perfectly.

Do you know the inside bed minimum height, meaning lowest point (including the locking hinge on the retrax pro) clearance with the cover installed?

The lowest point of clearance on my truck is at the cab where the cover retracts into. That distance is approximately 12 inches. Hope that helps. Has not presented any problems for me loading or unloading cargo.

Will this work with after-market Rhino spray-in bed liner installed?

Yes, the Retrax cover can be installed on a truck with a spray-in bed liner.

How far do the rails extend into the bed?

The tails only extend to bottom of flange on truck bed. The sheet metal box the top rolls up in takes up about half the depth to floor of truck bed. You have approximately 12” under sheet metal box.
