This is probably the best wax you can get for home or personal use at this price. Regular Hydrosoluble Aloe vera wax: - Heats up to thick honey consistency under 7-8 minutes as compared to a lipsoluble wax which will take forever. Also liposoluble wax works a little better at higher temperatures which is almost unbearable to skin. Honeybee wax can even work at lower temperatures just fine. - Honeybee wax works well with commonly available non-woven wax strips, while with liposoluble wax you need expensive paper strips, which are not commonly available, if you by mistake use non-woven strips with liposoluble wax then it can rip apart easily causing more damage to skin with no hairs removed. - Cheaper and economical per use as compared to liposoluble wax. - Excellent hair removal with no skin damage as compared to liposoluble wax, which tugs to your skin rather than hair roots, if you are not using paper strips or wax is not thin enough or wax temperature is a little cold you are going to rip your skin off or it strips in a way that causes skin injury. I am never taking this risk. - Liposoluble wax works better when you have someone else to do the procedure as they will do it faster, but if you are using it yourself then you will end up damaging skin more. There is no such thing I experienced with this wax. - You can wash off this Honeybee wax simply with water but you need an expensive after wax lotion to completely clean a liposoluble wax. The liposoluble wax is a mess when you are using it at home with terrible results. Update: I recently purchased the Honeybee Marine Ocean Gel wax and I am leaving a review below: - This is a “Gel wax” which is completely different from Rica wax or similar crème Liposoluble wax. It heats up and spreads as thin as Rica wax but I found that it does not feel hot as Rica, and therefore less damage to skin. - The standout of this gel wax is how it is much better than regular Honeybee Aloe vera wax is gripping and picking up extra short hairs plus good skin exfoliation, it behaves exactly like Rica wax and comes out on strip like a regular Honeybee Aloe vera wax. I experienced no painful tugging to skin like Rica wax which used to make my skin more prone to damage. - You can go couple of times over the same skin area without any concern which is not possible with Rica as it severely damages skin. Some points to note with Gel wax: - Since it is a Liposoluble wax, you would need an after wax lotion post waxing. - There is a learning curve with the gel wax, since it has good gripping quality, always hold the skin tout and it will work wonderfully. - Thankfully, this variant works good with both types of wax strips: paper strips (Honeybee also sells pre-cut strips and I have found them good and of manageable size because they are smaller than regular Non-woven wax strips) and Non-woven wax strips (I would highly recommend GLUN wax strips, they are thicker than other brands wax strips which makes them a good choice to be used with this Liposoluble gel wax, they do not rip). - This Gel wax is almost 3 times costlier than regular Aloe vera variant, but the results are as near as professional results. I would say the cost is justified given it left my skin thoroughly exfoliated and soft with better results.

Decent wax at this price. It removed all the hands hair. I didn't like it's smell though. Overall, useful wax.
