I don't think there is any difference. It's exactly like the game "Memory" only the cards you flip over are pictures of the Disney Princesses and other characters from the Disney Movies. My 5 year old loves it.

Great game for little princess-obsessed kids. Quality is good and there are plenty of photo pairs so you can break them out into sub-groups to make multiple sets to play.
