Not extremely realistic, but as a semi-campy prop, they work nicely. They have more weight than most fake body parts, and so have good value for the price. They can be β€œdressed” with more gore/added pieces for a more realistic effect, and seem like they would take fairly well to repainting for more realism - especially if using an airbrush or spray paint. They are of a rubbery material, which makes for a better flesh look. A bit too pink for regular dead flesh, so if using for a more serious prop, repainting is recommended.
