You only need a tiny amount
Most 100% DEET is sold in giant bottles (meaning several ounces, usually too much for airline carry-on). You only need to spray a tiny amount in your hands, like one spritz. Then rub your hands together until the DEET seems to disappear, then lightly rub your hands over exposed skin and clothing. Believe me, one spritz is enough. So far when I let people use it they want to soak their hands or spray it on directly. You don't have to do that. This stuff is very concentrated. ONE SPRITZ ON YOUR PALM IS PLENTY, then rub you palms together, then lightly and quickly pass your hands over skin and clothes as needed. It's like an aura of the stuff and IT IS ENOUGH. Apologies for the all-caps, but people use way too much of this stuff. Follow the directions above and mosquitos will leave you alone and you'll minimize your exposure to this chemical while getting the results you want.

Repels EVERYTHING ... mosquitoes, gnats ... other humans ...
It stinks. It'll take your breath away if you even think about inhaling without first taking several steps out of the "application zone" first. But honestly ... THIS STUFF WORKS. I am one of those unfortunate ones that 'skeeters seem to see as a buffet or something. But a couple sprays of this stuff keeps the pests away all day/evening.If my husband and I just go sit on our deck in the evenings, I just spray this stuff on the cushions of the chairs, sit back, and relax. Nothing comes buzzing nor flying around looking for a quick bite. Like ... NOTHING.We have an abundance of Black Flies this year that bite. Their favorite "feasting area" seems to be the back of the neck. Especially on girls with ponytails. Just a few quick pumps of this stuff allows me to work in the garden and in the yard all day long without being gnawed on by various biting pests. I havent had to pull the Caladryl lotion or Benadryl topical antihistamine out at all this year!!!I'd give this product 100+ Stars if I could. Oh ... and this is my 3rd purchase of Repel 100. This is the first purchase of these little "on the go" pumps which are perfect for having around all over the place!!!

Works well, great size!
I keep one of these in the console of my truck, ditto the wife's car, one in her purse, one in each vehicle's 1st aid kit, one in my range bag, and one in my go bag - Mosquitos, ticks, & chiggers *never* pass on an opportunity to try and eat me alive, so having good repellent available changes things from miserable to enjoyable! The repellent itself works well and even with the small packaging, they're still both cheap & small enough to have several scattered around so there's always one handy when we're out and about.
