GiGiHair Removal Cream For Face With Calming Balm (2 Pack)

I use this on my lip and chin. It works well without being harsh or irritating. The calming balm is soothing on rare occasions my skin may be slightly irritated because it was dry when I used the product.

I didn’t realize this came with two boxes! Each box containing one tube of the removal cream and one soothing cream, so that was a nice surprise. I’ve used this product for a while now and I prefer it over waxing or tweezing because, if done right, it’s painless and doesn’t cause any redness.The trick is to not leave the removal cream on for very long. If you have sensitive skin, like me, no more than a minute should be enough. Wipe with a wet towel/paper towel, put the soothing cream on, and you’re good to go!Only downside is the smell. It smells like straight up chemical but it doesn’t linger on your skin or anything so it’s a temporary discomfort you have to deal with.Any hairs that don’t come off, which should be very little to none at all, will painlessly come off with a tweezer because the follicle wasn’t already weakened by the removal cream.

First off they only sent me one complete pack and the other pack only had calming balm in it! Second, Avoid this product if you have sensitive skin! This is not for sensitive skin. I used it on my face and it doesn't even fully work. Only half the hair was removed and parts of my face turned red and every place I put that cream my face was tight and irritated. Used the calming balm and there's nothing calming about it at all! Right away burning and stinging sensation. Avoid this product at all costs!!!! I pray my face isn't irritated for long because it hurts ugh!

This product was AMAZING!! Very easy to use and quick working. I have to shave my chin every other day. I waited a few days so I could use this cream. It did a really great job. At first I thought it didn’t work but as I started wiping it off I could see my thick chin hair was wiping away with the cream. The calming calm is also amazing. It cools the skin nicely and has a great scent. I’m glad that I purchased the double pack. I will be purchasing again and I will be looking to see if this company makes a removal cream for the rest of the body as well. Be sure to not go over the time that was specified in the instructions 5-8 minutes.

I have chin hair that gets annoying to have to pluck everyday. So I tried this to see if by chance it would help. I did not have the redness and burning like a the reviewers, but the max I left it on with 7 minutes. The first time I put it on for the five minutes but it did not remove any of my hair. The next time I put it on for the seven minutes and about 40% of the hair was removed. My face was very tender so I will not leave it on for longer than that. Every time I have to do this as soon as I get out the shower I got to pluck the strays afterwards. I had to do this every two to three days. I will not buy it again

I’m used to using the Sally Hansen product but it was sold out everywhere, so I got this instead. I was definitely hesitant because of the other reviewers in regards to burns but I honestly think it’s because they left the product on too long. I had this on for 5 minutes, wiped the cream off, then rinsed my upper lip with water. It got rid of all the hair. My upper lip was a little red but that’s normal in my opinion. It’s red for about 10-15 minutes and it goes away. I have extremely sensitive skin and I did fine with it.

I have PCOS so I have to use hair removal cream quite a bit and this worked so much better for me than Sally Hansen! It only took 8 minutes after applying for it to work its magic and my skin wasn't irritated in the slightest (usually the creams I've used in the past caused a lot of irritation so I had to double down on the aftercare cream). The cream also doesn't have that overbearing smell that sally hansen's hair removal cream has. Definitely gonna switch to Gigi
