**Q: This item does not mention the weight specifications as the others do.  The ones i've seen are for 30-50lbs. My daughter is 14 months and 23 pounds.**

A: Yep! My oldest son is between 56-58 lbs and this holds him up really well. I thought he'd sink a bit compared to my 38 lb son, but they seem to keep him up just as well.

A: I would have no idea.   Its nicely made out of a nylon type fabric.   Our kids don't wear it all the time, so for me it would never be a consideration.
