C-Strobe Manual Activated Personal Distress Strobe Light [3947]

Good product. Bright but small enough to not encumber the life jacket (or donut throw). This is turned on manually. Have not tested in real life or death situation but I am confirmable with the quality. The one on the donut sits outside all the time and I periodically twist it to make sure it comes on. No failures.

Yo compré una unidad para usar como complemento de seguridad de los chalecos salvavidas en mi velero. Mi primera decepción es que esperaba una luz "Strobe", que generalmente se interpreta como destelleante pero no pasa de ser una luz intermitente muy normalita. La segunda decepción es que pensaba usarlo atado al chaleco salvavidas, contando que flotaba, pero al contrario, se hunde por el peso de las pilas, y debajo del agua esa tenue luz es prácticamente inútil. Intentaré darle uso añadiendo a su alrededor un anillo flotador.

Klein und handlich, gut an der Rettungsweste anzubringen. Zum Glück musste ich es noch nicht anwenden. Gutes Design bei guter Technik.
