are slide cutters available for separate purchase?

You can buy them from the company, but if you buy the plastic wrap from Costco, 3000 ft, the box it comes in has a cutter that fits perfectly.

will reynalds wrap 12" heavy duty 500 ft aluminum foil rolls fit and work well?

Yes it will. It also comes with with a serrated blade for aluminum foil and a plastic one with a cutter for plastic wrap.

will this accommodate 11"x2500' plastic wrap? the core is 12" wide, core diameter 2.5".

We put giant Costco rolls in it and they fit just fine.

Can I use a food saver 12 inch roll in this?

If the film is on a roll with at least a 1/2” hollow core, then yes it should fit. I use 12” film and foil on mine. Works great.
