Does this product make large tree topper bows?

I haven’t made one that large. You’ll have to watch a YouTube video to be able to use it. The directions inside are t helpful.

Does it come with written instructions

Poorly written instructions. Most instructions are graphics that are difficult to follow. I had two issues with this - it only makes relatively small bows - 6 inches or so max. Also, you have to continuously loop ribbon around center post as you then wrap it around an array of other posts to make loops. Any kind of wider ribbon doesn't overlap well, rather it builds vertically on the center post and makes a mess. I returned it.
