Is the toss indicator dye safe for ingestion? What type of dye is used?

Blue food dye is used as an indicator from all I have read on it. It is completely safe for children

Is this actually triple angle? The last several I bought came with the heads flattened out. I'm looking for one with the tripe angle.

I have this same issue and question. I have purchased two now, a couple of months apart, and both came with the heads flattened out and cannot be bent. So frustrating and disappointing!
