Question 1

could i mix this with just water in a shake bottle?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely; however, you have to be prepared for the taste. It does have Stevia which is a no-calorie plant sweetener which does not influence the blood sugar. Having said that, this product is packed full of different types of nutrients that, in their individual states, have distinctive taste that can surface. My personal favorite, which I enjoyed just a couple of hours ago, is to have unsweetened vanilla almond milk, cacao powder, more stevia, and a touch of French vanilla creamer as guilty pleasure. I drink it down and love every minute of it. All in all, with two scoops, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk you are only looking at about a three 350-ish hundred calorie meal that will carry you for 3 to 4 hours.

Question 2

how long can this safely be left out at room temperature once mixed with water?

Accepted Answer

Not very long. It is better to finish it or put it in the fridge.

Question 3

Can i use this powder in conjunction with another meal replacement protein powder?

Accepted Answer

I plan to mix it with a collagen supplement that has protein too. I looked together the protein showed 29 g and I saw another protein shake that was rated well & it had 30g...I normally don’t get full on Protein shakes, so I will see. I also looked online and 30 g is a good higher amount of protein for shakes.

Question 4

How do I keep this suspended in the liquid? I keep finding about an inch of the powder in the bottom of my drink when I finish it.

Accepted Answer

Here are a few suggestions to make a smoother Raw Protein & greens shake:

- Try other milk substitutes (coconut or cashew milk) or add yogurt.
- Dissolve in a shaker cup with room temperature water, then add your cold beverage(s), ice, etc.
- Try it with avocado or (my favorite) a frozen banana.
- Add a spoonful of nut butter (creamy peanut, almond, etc.).
- Experiment with the amount of liquid.
- Blend in a blender.
- Drink it right away, don't let it sit too long.

However you mix it, just one scoop of Raw Protein & greens delivers 20 grams of Organic, Non-GMO plant protein, plus greens and veggies and probiotics.

Hope this helps.
Enjoy!
