For the price, these are well made and work extremely well. They are accurate when measuring the temperature as well as the humidity levels. The are about 2 inches in length and they come with multiple sets of batteries which can keep these going for years. I haven't even changed the batteries out yet on any of these and I have had these for well over a year now. I would definitely buy these again if I needed some more but these look like they're brand new still so I don't see that happening anytime soon.

Very pleased with this purchase. Thermometer is accurate +/- 1° F and hygrometer is consistent among the 4 received.Immediately after unboxing, one had wildy different measurements and I was afraid it was going to be a dud. I put them in the bathroom during a shower and immediately after the shower all 4 were exactly the same- though one changed just before I took the picture as the room temp and humidity began to drop. They each adjust at slightly different speeds, but stabilize within a couple minutes.I compared the temperature readings to those on 2 different digital oven thermometers and my old thermometer/hygrometer (on which the humidity always measures 99%, so cannot compare hygrometers). As long as the temperature was stable, they were all within 2° of each other. My oven thermometers actually measured 1.5° apart. So I'm pretty confident in the performance of these.I purchased these to monitor the environment in my succulent seeding domes, based on the reviews of high accuracy and cost. Monitors with corded probes would have been more convenient, but I couldn't find them at a similar price with good accuracy reviews and without the humidity reading being larger font than temperature. The temp and humidity fonts are the same on these. The humidity reading is first (left), which threw me off initially since I'm mostly interested in temperature, and the temp and humidity readings are very similar in my setting (usually 75-80 for both). I resolved that by putting a small mark underneath the temperature with a silver sharpie, which draws my eye to it.The back portion of these happen to be the exact height as an Avery 5961 address label (1") which I had handy. I cut a label at the measured width and stuck the label onto the plastic humidity dome, cut out the portion with the label, and pressed the back of the monitor into the cutout.I have noticed that the dome-mounted temperature is occasionally a couple degrees below the one that sits inside freely atop the seed trays (there temporarily), but at other times it's spot on. I chalk that up to location and being closer to outside the dome (ambient temp about 15 deg below dome temp). I just set this all up last night. But it's not a big deal if it is a persistent finding.

Can't beat price. Needed it to grow my indoor garden. Works no complaints

These are great to place around the house to get an idea of how temps and humidity varies by room. Appear to be fairly accurate when compared with more expensive options I own. Would recommend as a cheap solution.Even left one outdoors for a few days but not directly exposed to rain and the sun and it worked fine in a high heat environment. Not sure I would try that in winter though.

I was able to get all 4 of these working, but one would lock up under cold conditions (that is, about 52 degrees F), then be unusable until the battery was removed and replaced. Another had the thin door iffy on pressing the batteries in, so sometimes went off on its own.Don't expect precision in the temperature reading - side by side units had a variance of about 2 degrees in our case. Good enough, but don't use them for science experiments or anything.
