I ordered this to assist with therapy exercises recommended by my doctor for Tennis Elbow. Based on other reviews, I was concerned about the size, however I found it to be a perfect fit for the size of my hand, if not slightly too big, as I can't quite close my fingers all the way around it when it is in my palm - I can just touch my thumb to each of my fingertips, but can't quite make a full fist. For reference, I am an adult female, 5'3" with fairly small hands (I usually wear size small or medium gloves), so this probably wouldn't hold true for a man with very large hands. I do like the material, as I think it has a better feel and will be more durable than the gel-type ones, and much easier to keep clean. It is firmer than I expected, making it a little tougher to squeeze than I anticipated, but I think that will actually benefit me; I just have to be careful not to overdo it. I got the blue color, which is very nice. Overall, I'm very happy, and hopeful this will help heal my messed up elbow.

Exactly what I needed for work in an office. It's soft enough to squeeze, firm enough to feel good while squeezing, and solid enough to throw and spin up to myself in my chair like a baseball. Much better than any other stress balls I've seen and it's quiet, so it won't annoy your co-workers.

Honestly perfect. I've been stressed recently and this is great. It's slightly bouncy, a nice size, and a little firm with a jelly texture; so it's good for taking your stress out on. I also like the outside texture, it doesn't get sweaty if you have sweaty hands and has stayed relatively clean. There was no smell that I noticed, or any kind of sticky feeling because of the outside; so I would definitely purchase again. Also, side note, the color was on point, if that's something you're looking for. Overall great product for a great price.

I love these stress balls, the texture and squeeze is just right. But I wish they didn't include the silkscreened logo - it cracks and flakes off in very short order which makes for a messy appearance. But that doesn't impact it's functionality.

Off and on have used a stress ball for years like 20 years. This one is hands down the most durable and best completely best. Lote of them have torn apart but not this stress ball!

Was looking to this brand because foam stress toys wear out for me fast. Works well to begin with, the firmness gets slightly smoother but retains its overall shape. I got it about a month ago and already has multiple issues. -Insert becomes "lumpy" like the gel is cracking inside the cloth cover. -Printed on logo/words were worn off within the day I got the item. -Cloth cover feels disgusting to the touch after my month of using it. Like it is not visibly dirty, but gives off almost a chalky feel now when used. I think this is part of the gel insert breaking down. For 10$ it was not a bad toy, but it was just sort of a let down, seeing all the amazing reviews i was expecting it to last a bit longer. The search for the perfect office fidget/stress toy continues...

I broke my index finger and needed to regain strength in it. My dr recommended a stress ball. This one is soft, but not too soft. No funky smell. Works great! I recommend this. Price was right too.

Very tactile, easy to carry around, actually beneficial as conversation starter....'yes I do suffer from anxiety at times, thank you for asking'. Seems to be well constructed and hard wearing, early days. Obvious point, always carry it in the same pocket, I have thought I lost it on a number of occasions.

Works as advertised. Good for my hands.
